1. Direct Debit - where you give permission for our bank to withdraw the funds.

2. Direct Deposit - where you deposit your fees directly into our bank account.

3. Credit Card – where you make your payment using your credit card online.

You can arrange Direct Debit by completing a form either online or offline.

To complete the form offline:

• Download the Direct Debit Request form.
• Complete it and return it via fax to 07 3112 4088, or email it as an attachment to anna.ufer@fortresslearning.com.au
• We will activate your Learning Account as soon as we receive it.

• For 6 monthly TAE payment of $500, sign up here.

Let us know as soon as you have set it up, and we will activate your Learning Account straight away.

2. DIRECT DEPOSIT

Arrange for transfer of your fee to our account:

Forward the email notification that you receive from the bank when it is set up. Send it to: anna.ufer@fortresslearning.com.au. We will activate your Learning Account as soon as we receive it.

3. CREDIT CARD

Additional fees apply to all credit card payments.

• Visit our online shop.
• Select the items you wish to purchase.
• Purchase your items using your credit card. Note you, do not need to be a PayPal customer to use this facility.
• We will receive an automatic notification of your payment, and immediately activate your Learning Account.

4. CHEQUES

We accept payment using cheque only when prior arrangement has been made.

Cheques are to be made payable to GWF Pty Ltd trading as Fortress Learning and sent by post to PO Box 13081, Brisbane George Street, 4003.

If you are not the owner of the cheque account, then be sure to include your name and/or invoice number with the cheque.
