Often things that should work don’t. The complexity of computers, the internet, software and hardware means that sometimes some of us may need a hand. Hours can be wasted because of a minor problem that can be solved quickly with a quick phone call.

At Fortress Learning we know how frustrating it can be when a file can’t be downloaded or a link doesn’t work, or a document doesn’t look the way that it should. We can’t install a new hard drive to your computer but we can do our best to make sure that you learning experience is not disurpted because of technical difficulties.

Some of the ways we can help are:

  • A phone call. Let us know if you are having problems. We really appreciate this because if you are having a problem chances are someone else will be too. Sometimes when you are studying online its great to have a voice to guide you through. And, we like talking to our students.
  • Send an email. If you can include a screenshot of the problem that would be great. The more information the easier it is for us to help you.
  • Lodge a support ticket. This helps us to track our responses to your problem and to ensure that we can deliver prompt service. You can get to this by clicking on the support ticket link on the right hand side of the page when you are in your dashboard.
