Fortress Learning offers a range of face-to-face/blended delivery options for TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment:
- Full courses
- Skill-Sets & individual modules for Design, Delivery and Assessment units
- Assessment days, where online students can complete practical assessments such as conducting group delivery, conducting assessments and participating in validation sessions
In addition to the face to face programs that we deliver ourselves, we have partnered with a number of organisations for the delivery of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. The programs that they deliver have been developed in conjunction with Fortress Learning, and the qualification that you will receive will be one issued by Fortress Learning.
Each partner has been vetted by us and we have in place strict measures to ensure that the programs are delivered to the standard required of a Fortress Learning credential. We only enter into relationships with Partners who have substantial experience in the VET sector.

Face to Face: What does it really mean?
It used to be that people could go to a face to face course for a few days and graduate before leaving at the end. None of Fortress Learning’s programs have ever made such a promise. You can expect that your face to face program will include both in-class activities and activities to be completed outside class. This will likely include tasks to complete both in the evenings of your classes, as well as in the weeks and months following. Those activities will include the opportunity to both develop and reflect on new knowledge and skills, as well as assessment tasks to allow you to demonstrate what you have learned.
While the precise length of time that is required will vary depending on the particular characteristics of each student, enrolling students should be mindful that the official Volume of Learning indicators suggest that at least 600 hours is required to successfully undertake a Certificate IV level qualification.
We are happy to be able to work with the following partners:

Additionally, all partnerships are registered with ASQA, the regulating body.
