How did we do?


For you to trust us, we think you need to know how good we are at doing what we say we will do.

So, starting early in 2020, we decided to publish how we went with a couple of key service measures that our students continually tell us are perhaps more important than any others:

Marking:

We will have all marking done within 4 business days, not including the designated non-contact periods or public holidays.

Emails:

We will have all emails replied to within 8 business hours, not including the designated non-contact periods or public holidays.
