Reputation, price and support are the main reasons people choose to enrol in their Cert IV TAE, Dip TAE or Business Diploma with Fortress Learning.

How do we know that?

We ask them at the beginning: we want to know what they are expecting so we know what to do for them.

But then something interesting happens.  Along the way they will talk about us, and they will say different things.  Instead of focusing on reputation, price and belief about what we will do, they focus instead on what they have experienced.

And what they experience is not exactly what they expected.  For many, it is better.  And the main reason it is better is because it is more personal.

Instead of reputation, they tell their friends and colleagues about how we don’t take shortcuts and how our people know what they are talking about and how that means that they trust that when they get their qualification it will actually mean what it is meant to.

Instead of price and the cost of enrolment, they tell their friends and colleagues about the value that they are receiving.

And instead of believing that we will support them, they tell their friends and colleagues about how at the end of the phone or email or on the other side of their Dashboard is a real-live human. Who cares.

So when someone recommends our service to a friend or colleague, they are trusting that we will care for their friend as we cared for them, and they are asking their friend to trust us, too.

Caring and trust.  It’s a more powerful combination than reputation, price and support.
